Our Spaces

Our spaces are as unique as our beer!
Located on a historic property in downtown Gay, Georgia, our Taproom and Lounge are housed within the 1911 Building—once the heart of local commerce and agriculture. The Vault Lounge, situated on the main floor, originally served as the farm office, general store, and post office. The Ice Block Taproom was once the community’s central grocery, while the Event Barn (The Peach Shed) played a key role in peach packing and distribution. We prioritized preserving these original structures during restoration, ensuring that every sip you enjoy is steeped in over 134 years of history.

The Ice Block Taproom

The Taproom is host to a full bar with our signature brews’ on draft, craft cocktails & wine. With several booths inside, and a large covered patio it is a great place to come meet friends for an afternoon or evening out. We host many events, so be sure to check out our events calendar and follow us on social media!

Our kitchen is open Thursday-Sunday every weekend. See our “Menu” page for offerings.

The Vault Lounge

Located above the Ice Block Taproom, the Vault Lounge is an adult only space. Featuring 2 full size pool tables, 75” TV’s and multiple seating areas, it is the perfect space to gather. It’s moody with a speakeasy vibe! Explore the original fittings from the 1800’s like the working hand drawn, rope lifted original Otis elevator or sip cocktails in the ultra private vault.

The Biergarten and Peach Shed

The Biergarten is notable for our annual Octoberfest, but thanks to the usually moderate weather here, we live in the Biergarten. It is an awesome space to gather with friends for an afternoon or evening out. Conversations around the fire pit, live music, or a friendly round of corn hole makes the Biergarten THE place to meet up!
