One of our original recipes brewed in the "Brew Barn" on Towerhouse Farm; Joyride is a classic IPA loaded with Citra, Cascade & Mosaic hops. Notes of Tropical fruit paired with a decadent hop aroma & balanced bitterness make this a favorite. 6.8% ABV

Our first ever true 100% "Farm-to-Glass" beer, Trailblazer v3 is the newest rendition of this brew featuring malt from our 2023 harvest. Due to the unique nature of the grain, this years beer is a American Pale Lager with slightly more prominent hoppy notes and a signature malty finish reflecting the flavor of our local grain.

Our house seltzer recipe, with choice of flavoring from the folllowing house made Syrups: Blackberry, Mango, Pumpkin Spice & Lemon/Lime! 8.0% ABV
